At Cryoguard™ Corporation, we value your time. That’s why we make ordering easy!

 

Customers in the United States and Canada: U.S. and Canadian customers may buy products with a credit card or check.

Offshore Customers: Customers ordering from outside the United States or Canada must pay by credit card or wire transfer. This applies to customers in Australia, Europe, South America, Central America, China and other offshore countries.

An emailed invoice - which will include all purchasing information and a tracking number for your shipment - will be sent, shorty after the order is shipped, for your records.

 

Check: Paying by check is available to U.S. or Canadian customers.

Please submit your payment within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

How can you submit your purchase order?

Call us. Place your order by phone at 215-712-9018.

Send a fax. Fax your purchase order to 215-712-9019.

Email. Email your purchase order to customer_service@cryoguard.com

Shop online here. During checkout, select “Invoice” from the list of options under “How Would You Like to Pay?” Scroll down to see a comment box where you can type your purchase order number (“Enter Purchase Order Number”). Your purchase order number will appear in the “comments” box in your emailed confirmation. Your purchase order number will be listed on your invoice.

 

Wire Transfer: Contact us to arrange for a wire transfer. We will send you a proforma invoice.

A $15 processing fee applies to wire transfer orders (this offsets our bank’s wire transfer fee).

You must transfer the total charges reflected on the proforma invoice to Cryoguard Corporation’s bank account. The total amount of money your bank transfers to the Cryoguard™ Corporation bank account must be net of any fees charged by your bank. Please check with your bank to find out whether it charges a wire transfer fee, and make sure your bank’s fee does not result in incomplete payment to Cryoguard Corporation.

You may call, fax or email us to request a wire transfer.

You may also place an online order and indicate that you wish to pay by wire transfer. To request a wire transfer order online, shop for Cryoguard indicators here. When you check out, select “Wire Transfer (+$15)” from the menu under “How Would You Like to Pay?” We will contact you about completing the wire transfer and send you a proforma invoice.

 

After placing an order, be sure to check for a confirmation email and an e-invoice which contains the tracking number for your shipment.
